1 Responsible for the maintenance (park, swimming pool and repairs)

Bar waiters-entertainers who will :

They are available for the residents and will solve problems residents might meet during their stay.
At least one person of the staff stays each night in Le Hameau de l'Océan.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES

-Free loan of vacuum cleaner.
-Coin operated laundry.
-Coin operated dryer.
-Baby kit including bottle warmer, changing table, high chair, cot.
-Linen hire (sheets, pillow case, bathroom towels (2), bath sheets, hand towels).
-Bike hire.

Animals : Two animals are allowed in each apartment, if they meet health regulations, especially vaccination. A tax must be paid.

Baby-sitting : There is no permanent nursery on the site, but baby-sitting can be organized. The wage shall be paid directly from the resident to the baby-sitter.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Access to all equipments :

Swimming pool, tennis, sauna, fitness room, games, mini golf is included in the price and is free of charge. It is reserved only for residents. However, tennis, sauna and fitness room have to be booked.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

-Drinks, bakery, miscellaneous sales, cooked meals.

-Bike hire (adult and children) when available. -Linen hire. -Baby kit hire.
-Telephone : each apartment is equipped with its own direct dial telephone: computerized phone calls are invoiced according to a detailed bill in addition to the rent.
-Coin operated washing machines and dryers in a laundry. -Final cleaning.
-Video games, pool, pinball machines.

CAR PARK AND TRAFFIC

Traffic of residents is prohibited inside the residence apart from the day of arrival and departure, except for the disabled people.

Each apartment has its own private car park, 2 for the T4 and T5 (no apartment is further than 70 yards from its car park).
